Your key responsibilities will include:
• Undertaking telephone calls in a busy Hospital Helpdesk
• Responsible for ensuring all tasks are logged accurately and allocated to correct operative
• Ensuring all calls are answered promptly, politely and professionally
• Ensuring all tasks are closed off in a timely manner
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations

• Have previous experience within a similar role either in Customer Service or Call Centre environment
• Have excellent communicational and IT Skills
