Job Introduction

Hospitality Administrator – Formula 1 Trackside Catering

International Travel | Fast-Paced Events | Premium Hospitality

We’re looking for a highly organised Hospitality Administrator to join our trackside catering team, delivering world-class service at 10–12 Formula 1 races per season. Outside of race weekends that you'll be attending this is a hybrid Monday to Friday role.

This role is central to the smooth running of our operations — from coordinating travel and logistics to supporting VIP hospitality and handling essential admin. What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate team travel and accommodation with the racing team’s travel department
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of casual hospitality staff
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, expenses, and payroll
  • Create quotes, reports, and event documentation
  • Provide admin support for freight and logistics
  • Work trackside in hospitality during 10-12 race weekends.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong admin/coordination experience (hospitality or events preferred)
  • Organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
  • Excellent communicator with strong IT skills
  • Flexible to travel internationally to 10–12 races per year

Why join us?

  • Be part of a high-energy team delivering premium Formula 1 hospitality
  • Travel to iconic circuits across the globe
