Job Introduction
We're looking for a Hospitality Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Compass Group Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the setup, service, and clear-down of food and beverage areas for hospitality events, meetings, and dining services.
- Deliver a warm, professional, and efficient service to all guests and clients.
- Prepare and serve food, beverages, and refreshments to agreed standards.
- Ensure presentation areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Follow all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, and COSHH regulations, in line with training and company policies.
- Handle food, equipment, and service areas safely and hygienically.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including furniture layout and presentation where required.
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by the supervisor or manager to support daily operations.
Our ideal Hospitality Assistant will:
- A ‘can-do’ attitude with a genuine passion for great service.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Friendly, professional, and reliable with a smart appearance.
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks.
- A good level of English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service is desirable but not essential — training will be provided
