Job Introduction
Hospitality Chef de Partie (Hot & Cold Section)
💼 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, flexibility required)
đź’° Pay: ÂŁ15.44 per hour + overtime paid at standard rate
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of cold breakfast items and high-quality cold sandwiches daily.
- Deliver a variety of menu items, including mini dessert pots, sweet snacks, fruit bowls, cheese boards, and bespoke requests for diverse dietary needs.
- Support lunch service in the cold section when required.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and adheres to health & safety standards.
- Work independently and guide agency staff to assist in the section if needed.
