Hospitality Head Chef
Monday to Friday | Up to £60,000 | Canary Wharf
We’re looking for an exceptional culinary leader to take charge of hospitality at one of London’s most prestigious law firms — where food isn’t just a perk, it’s part of the client experience.
Working closely with our Executive Chef, you’ll define and deliver a best-in-class hospitality offer. And with a move to a brand-new building in 2027, this is a rare opportunity to help shape the future from day one.
The Role
You’ll lead a high-performing kitchen team, owning every detail of a refined and creative food offering — from seasonal menu development to flawless execution.
This is a dynamic, client-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll oversee:
- Private dining and partner lunches
- Client meeting room catering
- Working lunches and hospitality service
- High-profile evening events
Whether it’s a Tuesday lunch or a flagship event, you’ll deliver consistency, creativity, and uncompromising standards.
About You
You’re an experienced Head Chef with a background in high-end, client-facing environments.
You’ll bring:
- Strong leadership and a hands-on approach
- A passion for quality, presentation, and precision
- Creativity and confidence in menu development
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and compliance
