Job Introduction

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Hospitality Host to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Eurest on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding hospitality service at Grand Prix events, ensuring a seamless guest experience at all times

  • Provide confident table, wine, and drinks service across various hospitality spaces

  • Maintain a warm, professional, and detail-focused approach to guest care

  • Collaborate with the catering, logistics, and front-of-house teams to ensure efficient service transitions

  • Ensure hospitality spaces are well-presented, clean, and guest-ready throughout the event

  • Assist in team setup and pack-down at each race, contributing to operational excellence

  • Support brand presence by representing the company and race team with discretion and professionalism

  • Participate in stock and equipment inventory between events

  • Contribute to general support at HQ, including hospitality preparation, light administration, and logistics

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Strong passion for hospitality, food, drink, and guest service

  • Proven experience in luxury or premium service environments

  • Confident in table and wine service, with a focus on detail and guest interaction

  • Highly organised and able to multitask in high-pressure settings

  • Impeccable personal presentation and communication style

  • Flexible and positive team player, willing to adapt to different roles and locations

  • Able to travel frequently and work irregular hours, including weekends

Desirable:

  • Experience in motorsport, luxury events, or international hospitality

  • Additional language skills

  • WSET, Food Safety or similar qualifications

  • Basic logistical or administrative knowledge

  • Valid driving licence
