Hospitality Supervisor - New Scotland Yard

  • £12.92 per hour
  • 37.5 hours per week

As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of our front-of-house team, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to the overall success of our service.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and other hospitality staff.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining a welcoming and efficient atmosphere.
  • Train and mentor staff to uphold service standards and adhere to company policies.
  • Monitor and manage day-to-day operations, including reservation management, guest interactions, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and resolution-oriented approach.
  • Oversee inventory management and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
