We are looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Restaurant Associates based at one of our clients brand new flagship operations in Edinburgh.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising day-to-day operations of our hospitality service, ensuring that our clients receive an unparalleled experience.
  • Supervising a team of three hospitality assistants to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
  • Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
  • Collaborate with our onsite team to ensure seamless execution of meetings and corporate events
  • Develop strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectations
  • Lead, train and develop a team of hospitality team members
  • Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

Our ideal Hospitality Supervisor will:

  • Proven experience within a corporate hospitality environment
  • Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • Have experience managing teams in a similar role
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
