Job Introduction
We're recruiting an experienced Hospitality Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Compass Group Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret function sheets to plan and organize equipment and displays.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff across two buildings to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages.
- Deliver to meeting rooms with attention to detail and presentation.
- Ensure all hospitality areas are kept clean, well-stocked, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and service timelines.
- Foster a team spirit and collaborative working environment between all departments (kitchen, floor, PA)
- Train and mentor staff to uphold high service standards and excellent customer service.
- Schedule and manage time to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through consistent quality and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
