Behind every spotless space and seamless guest experience is a dedicated support team and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for an energetic, reliable Housekeeping Porter to play a vital role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well‑organised environment.
This is a hands‑on, active role perfect for someone who takes pride in high standards, enjoys being on the move, and loves being part of a close‑knit team.
What you’ll be doing
Keeping spaces spotless
Cleaning and maintaining public and back‑of‑house areas, including corridors, lobbies, and service areas and other tasks as needed.Supporting laundry operations
Delivering clean linen to housekeeping pantries and collecting soiled laundry promptly and efficiently.Managing waste & recycling
Collecting and disposing of waste and recycling safely and responsibly to keep everything running smoothly.Supporting the housekeeping team
Replenishing cleaning supplies, moving furniture, assisting with heavy lifting, and delivering items to guest rooms when required.Being guest‑focused
Responding to requests professionally and helping ensure every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and well‑run environment.
What we’re looking for
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work and lifting
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Good communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude
- Able to manage time effectively and juggle tasks in a busy environment
- A team player who takes pride in doing a great job every day
