Job Introduction

We currently have an exciting opportunity for talented Catering Assistant. You will join our highly motivated team, who deliver outstanding customer service at this prestigious contract in Kings College Hospital.

More about the role:

Our ward catering role works individually on patients wards in Kings College Hospital. Ward catering assistants serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to around 30 patients in a very busy fast paced environment.

Key Areas:

  1. To deal with all Patients comments in a positive manner and take appropriate follow up action.
  2. To ensure the product is consistently produced to the required brand standard.

      3. To take Patient meal orders and places the order with the kitchen   on time to avoid unnecessary delays

Who you are:

Catering experience

Excellent service skills with attentive customer care

Good command of the English language

Flexible

Able to work 2.30pm-9.30pm

Happy to work solo 

Accurate

Excellent attention to detail

Time management

Knowledgeable on Health and Safety
