We're currently recruiting a dedicated Hygiene Operative to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Eurest on a part time basis, contracted to 12.5 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:


  • To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues
  • To ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times
  • To demonstrate a can‐do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
  • To ensure standards of cleaning and hygiene in the work area meet or exceeds the standard applicable to the site/ unit
  • To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager.
  • Regularly receives positive customer comments and client feedback about the cleanliness of the work area
  • Achieves 100% pass rate of Company and client cleaning audits


Our ideal Hygiene Operative will:

  • Be prepared to assist colleagues in a willing and positive manner including assisting with other duties as required
  • Be prepared to attend all relevant training sessions and meetings
  • To promote Compass Group and maintain a positive company image
  • Regularly receives positive feedback from work colleagues
  • 100% attendance at training sessions
