Full-Time | Permanent | 7:30am - 4pm
Driving Licence Required

Are you an experienced team leader with a background in industrial cleaning? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where safety, efficiency, and high standards matter? We’re looking for a dedicated Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. 

You will play a key role in the day-to-day supervision of our industrial cleaning workforce, ensuring operations run smoothly, safely, and to contract standards. You’ll manage labour allocation, maintain close client relationships, and lead your team to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Oversee and manage labour teams to ensure safe, effective task delivery

  • Liaise with clients on-site to ensure performance standards are met

  • Plan workforce schedules in line with contract scope and reactive needs

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff

  • Deliver toolbox talks and enforce health & safety compliance

  • Conduct appraisals, disciplinary actions, and vehicle log checks

  • Promote efficiency, continuous improvement, and team development

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Supervisory experience in an industrial cleaning environment

  • Ability to work to schedules and manage reactive requests

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Full, clean UK driving licence

  • High standards of hygiene and customer service

Desirable:

  • Site knowledge of manufacturing environments such as petrochemical or food manufacturing  
  • Experience in working on plant shutdowns

  • FM (Facilities Management) contract knowledge

  • Familiarity with permit-to-work and HSE practices
