Here at Compass Group UK & Ireland we are currently on the lookout for a Recruiter to join our internal recruitment team. Supporting two of our most vibrant sectors - Levy Restaurants UK and Restaurant Associates – you will deliver a first class, end-to-end recruitment service to stakeholders across the business and across the UK.

More about the role:
Reporting in to the Head of Resourcing you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment for a high volume, varied number of roles including Event Managers, Chef de Parties and General Managers.
You will proactively source candidates through creative means ensuring the candidate and hiring manager journey is a positive and seamless experience. As a subject matter expert for recruitment, you will build strong business relationships with hiring managers, advising them on key recruitment updates and ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process. Working collaboratively with colleagues within the resourcing team, you will share best practice and innovative sourcing methods.
Who you are:
For you to be right for us and for us to be right for you, you will have proven recruitment experience, gained within a fast paced agency or in-house environment, ideally within the leisure/hospitality sector. Additionally, you will have experience of managing a high volume of diverse roles. You will have a positive, can-do attitude and you will adopt a process driven approach. As an effective communicator you will have demonstrable experience of building relationships with stakeholders of all levels of seniority. Ideally, you will be degree qualified or equivalent with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
