Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff
Prepare fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

Previous experience in a similar role or a strong Chef de Partie ready to progress
A passion for food and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A reliable and positive attitude
