What You’ll Do
- Keep the kitchen running smoothly during race weekends and events
- Support chefs with essential prep and daily kitchen operations
- Maintain strict cleanliness and organisation standards across all areas
- Handle equipment, deliveries, and setup/breakdown across global locations
- Work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced, elite environments
- Supporting logistics with set up, pack down, freight coordination and suppliers.
- Represent the team professionally to VIP guests and partners

What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen porter or back-of-house experience
- Strong work ethic, stamina, and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and tight schedules
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Someone excited by travel, fast-paced work, and world-class events
- Preferable forklift license.
