We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our amazing Grazing team to work at one of our sites.
As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly, supporting chefs and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen floors, surfaces, and equipment
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of correctly
Receiving and storing deliveries properly
Ensuring all health and safety and food hygiene standards are followed
Keeping storage areas clean and organised
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good time management and reliability
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene (training provided if needed)
