This role is perfect for someone starting or growing in L&D. What you’ll be doing as Learning & Development Coordinator:
- Own the day-to-day running of the Learning Loft, ensuring training rooms, meeting spaces and shared areas are clean, organised and guest-ready
- Welcome guests, trainers and new starters, delivering engaging Loft inductions and first-class experiences
- Support the delivery of training, guest experience sessions and ad-hoc learning events
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, L&D, HR and business stakeholders to keep learning programmes on track
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers, raise purchase orders, process invoices and maintain accurate records
- Support learning engagement activities and events, ensuring every detail is thought through
What you’ll need to succeed as a Learning & Development Coordinator:
- Experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, Office Coordination or Operations
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Naturally people-focused, proactive and service-driven
- Confident building relationships and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Passionate about creating positive learning and workplace experiences
