We are looking for a Logistics & Customer Fulfilment Coordinator to join our talented team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week.
As a Logistics & Customer Fulfilment Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive products On Time and In Full (OTIF) while supporting the efficient management of our outsourced logistics network. Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and third-party logistics partners, you will help deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while driving efficient and cost-effective logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily activities with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient and reliable delivery performance.
- Support OTIF delivery targets, investigating and resolving delivery issues while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Monitor logistics performance, track KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and cost control.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to ensure customer commitments are achieved.
- Support logistics reporting, cost analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives across the distribution network.
- Ensure customer satisfaction remains at the heart of all logistics and fulfilment activities.
About You:
- Previous experience within logistics, supply chain, customer service, distribution, operations, or a similar environment.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. · Experience working with logistics providers, transport partners, or distribution operations is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or logistics systems would be advantageous.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and changing priorities.
