We are looking at bringing onboard a talented assistant manager, to come and join the team at the M and S store based at Bradford Royal Infirmary.
More about the role:
You will be supporting the store manager in running the store efficiently and effectively and to deputise for the store manager in their absence and to be a brand ambassador.
To ensure the store is opened and closed, adhering to all M and S standards, policies and procedures, ensuring that all brand standards are delivered throughout the shift to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Completing all relevant M and S checks, standards, food & health and safety checks.
Who you are:
For this exciting opportunity we will be looking for candidate to have experienced within a retail / catering management, high volume site experience – preferably food retail background, or very brand focussed e.g. McDonalds, Pret, Sainsburys etc
You will also have experience in managing large teams, have great communication skills upwards as well as with team, financially accountable – financially astute, strong computer skills, P&L knowledge.
This is a 5 over 7 operations, although predominantly Monday to Friday – 1 in 4 weekends
