Job Introduction
You will be expected to turnaround quality work, with emphasis on brand, copy, pricing consistency and accuracy in a timely manner. You will be a brand champion across the Keith Prowse portfolio and forge relationships with stakeholders at varying levels.
You will be using:
- InDesign (on the job training will be given) to produce a wide range of collateral in the form of factsheets, event guides, proposals, menus, vouchers, leaflets, flyers, gif files, display ads etc
- CMS (Umbraco and Sitecore - on the job training will be given) and be the point of contact to maintain a number of white labelled websites, ensuring that each venue’s 'shop window' remains current. Tasks will include day-to-day content management and creation, refreshing images etc
- Marketing Automation (Dotmailer – on the job training will be given) to provide e-comms and campaign support as needed – create copy, research visuals, monitor and report against results (maximise marketing effectiveness)
In addition you will:
- Support the business as needed on photography briefs and needs; meta tagging for ease of retrieval and filing
- Be a proactive contributor to all social media channels - in line with defined strategy - tracking and measurement
- Be a proactive contributor to the Keith Prowse blog – create and write content in line with each events strategy
Who you are:
You will be an undergraduate studying a marketing based or business degree.
You will have:
- Computer literate skills (will be using a MAC so prior experience would be beneficial)
- Strong interpersonal skills; the role will involve daily interaction with a wide range of internal stakeholders, representing a diverse level of seniority. The ability to interact and instil confidence in getting the job done will be key (as will be delivering against agreed deadlines)
- Exceptional written skills with strong attention to detail
- A strong interest and knowledge in sport and/or food
- The ability to work unsupervised and the ability to adapt to changes
