Marketing Manager

Job Introduction

Marketing Manager – based at Excel London
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Location: Excel London, E16

Create extraordinary experiences at one of Europe’s most iconic event destinations.

Levy has been the trusted hospitality partner at Excel London for 25 years, since the venue first opened its doors. Excel London is one of Europe’s largest and most exciting event venues and together we deliver exceptional food and drink experiences. From international conferences, global exhibitions and immersive brand activations to fast-paced QSR outlets and destination restaurants.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the marketing communications that power our food, drink and hospitality strategy across the venue — supporting everything from new product launches and seasonal campaigns to on-site branding and social content.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role that offers the chance to shape marketing activity across a diverse and fast-paced venue. It would suit a creative, commercially minded marketer with a genuine appreciation for food and a drive to make things happen — someone ready to take ownership and deliver real impact in a dynamic fast paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and delivering the annual marketing plan, including brand and menu launches, seasonal moments and sales activations
  • Leading creative campaign planning and ensuring operational teams are set up for success
  • Managing all visual branding across food and drink retail outlets and hospitality spaces
  • Creating and coordinating marketing collateral for both consumer and B2B audiences
  • Working closely with internal teams, venue partners, and stakeholders to plan and deliver engaging social media content — ensuring a joined-up, on-brand voice across channels and touchpoints
  • Coordinating content for digital screens across the venue, including menus, promotions and POS
  • Organising photo and video shoots to support campaign and sales objectives
  • Copywriting for websites, social, reports and sales presentations
  • Driving continuous improvement through performance tracking, insights and innovation
  • Collaborating with internal and client teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Working with creative agencies and managing supplier relationships as needed

Collaboration and partnership will be central to your success. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Levy colleagues and Excel London stakeholders to ensure all activity is aligned, impactful and commercially effective.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing ideally within hospitality, food & drink, retail, or events
  • At least 1 year in a manager or standalone role with full project ownership
  • A strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing (ideal, not essential)
  • Confidence creating campaigns and marketing assets from concept to execution
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g. Canva, scheduling tools, analytics platforms)
  • A keen eye for great content and solid copywriting skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving venue environment
  • Collaborative approach and confident stakeholder management
