Job Introduction

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication, addressing inquiries, and providing relevant information.
- Drive the development of marketing collateral, including content creation, for both digital and traditional platforms.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer engagement and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance customer engagement strategies.
