We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing and Engagement Manager to join one of our exciting contracts to help develop, manage & continuously improve – the co-ordination, communication and execution of a relevant tailored contract marketing plan that drives positive student and consumer engagement, sales and profit through the management of the experience for the students and staff on campus.  

More about the role:

Responsibilities include: 

  • Development of a tailored contract marketing plan and implementation of the central marketing plan promotions and initiatives to drive engagement and excitement amongst the customer base
  • Development and delivery of an engaging social media plan to drive awareness across the customer base of the offers, events and promotions provided by us
  • Develop and implement a communication and engagement strategy to support the marketing plan to inform, promote, communicate and continuously engage with the student and staff population
  • Development of strong key stakeholder relationships to support on-site activity
  • Build collaborative and supportive relationships with peers (other Student Engagement Managers) working together to define a plan around interaction, buddy sites, cross-university visits and information sharing
  • Develop and adopt measurement models to benchmark and monitor the success of all activity in the marketing plan, looking at specific KPI’s around sales, average transaction value, participation satisfaction, and follow up feedback, measure ROI from the engagement activities and report results on a quarterly basis to client and Site Director

  • Ability to analyse and evaluate information
  • Knowledge of how to use design systems such as Canva
  • Knowledge of process and planning tools e.g. Hootsuite
  • Commercially focussed with ability to measure impact and results
