  • Manage purchase orders, deliveries and supplier critical paths, ensuring products are delivered on time and resolving any supply chain issues.
  • Work closely with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams to monitor product flow and maintain stock availability.
  • Analyse category performance, sell-through rates and stock holdings to support range planning, blanket orders and strategic stock decisions.
  • Provide clear and accurate reporting on trading performance, highlighting key trends, issues and opportunities to stakeholders.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including confidence using formulas, pivot tables, lookups and data analysis tools.
  • Experienced in producing and analysing trading, sales and stock performance reports.
  • Commercially aware, with a good understanding of the relationship between sales, stock, availability, profit and customer demand.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify issues, recommend improvements and take ownership of tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Strong systems and data management skills, with an interest in improving processes and reporting efficiency.
  • A positive, hands-on team player with a willingness to learn, develop and contribute to the wider success of the business.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a desire to build a successful career within merchandising.
