Salary: €50,000 per annum

Location: Field based around Dublin

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week

Job Role: To support the business sectors in mobilisation of contract wins through completing site surveys and gathering data & intelligence on individual sites to understand the offer that is provided to the client. To proactively monitor, manage and escalate risk where appropriate by working with management teams. To proactively ensure appropriate resource is applied during and following the mobilisation through to transition phase. To monitor and report progress against agreed deadlines for each project and constructively review each project post-completion seeking areas whereby the overall mobilisation process can be improved

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Ensuring minimum standards adhered to including HSE, Food Offer/Standards etc.
  • Service / offer is consistent (or better) with previous offer at every unit.
  • Support operational managers to help them deliver ‘business as usual’ from day one.
  • Understanding consumer & client expectations on service / offer at the units.
  • At end of transition review/analyse success of mobilisation process and feedback potential areas for development/improvement to relevant stakeholders.
  • Engage with all stakeholders – internal, client and customer where appropriate.
  • Understand the impact of TUPE Regulations on the employees based in the aligned units.
  • Ensure that all TUPE activity is delivered and completed in a timely manner to cause minimal impact on employees.
  • Engage with The People Team to ensure TUPE regulations are adhered to.
  • Provide support & reassurance to the frontline teams.
  • Ensures the safe and secure operation of all operational activities on behalf of all stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all legislative and Gather & Gather operational procedures and standards are applied to provide a consistent and safe service and product for all Gather & Gather employees and customers.
  • Collation of full and accurate due diligence information in line with agreed timelines.
  • Working with the Sales/Bids and Mobilisation teams to support the analysis of the due diligence data to match back to contractual data.
  • Identify gaps in data through thorough cross checking of due diligence.
  • Devise project management plans using relevant tools and ensure that milestones and timelines are determined, managed and achieved.
  • Develop local level relationships with the incumbent provider in order to facilitate the mobilisation and transformation process.
  • To ensure that other relevant auditing and analysis takes place to support the mobilisation process.
  • Ensuring appropriate processes such as TUPE happen in an effective and timely manner by working with and assisting support functions.
  • Ensuring we have visibility of the aligned operation so that on day one of contract go live, business as usual (or better) is achieved.
  • Ensure that on the go live date we have the required materials, people and knowledge to deliver promises/commitments made through the sales/bid processes.
  • Assess, analyse and escalate (where appropriate) all significant risks to successful contract mobilisation and performance.

  • Significant Mobilisation exposure with some project management experience
  • Strong contract catering / FM / operational background
  • Team management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyse and evaluate information

  • Ability to engage and lead people

  • Planning to deliver consistent result to expectations

Experience 

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity of MOD practices and procedures
