Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group Plc, is seeking an experienced Regional Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to support our Venues and Rapport teams across the UK.

About the Role
As a Regional HSE Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and embedding a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across our venues and Rapport business. You'll work closely with operational leaders, providing expert advice and hands-on support to enable teams to manage their HSE responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide competent HSE guidance and support to operational managers across all sectors
Communicate critical HSE messages and drive compliance across regional teams
Lead and support incident investigations and enforcement responses in collaboration with HR and Legal
Champion the implementation of corporate HSE programmes and initiatives
Conduct audits, inspections, and data analysis to ensure compliance with Compass policies and procedures
About You:
Proven experience in HSE management, ideally within food service or manufacturing
Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Allergen management is highly desirable
Holds (or is working toward) an IOSH qualification (NEBOSH is advantageous)
A natural leader—motivational, proactive, and results-driven
Highly organised with sound judgment and the ability to prioritise effectively
