What You’ll Do

As a Network Analyst, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud-connected infrastructure. You’ll also act as a subject matter expert in critical technologies and be the technical voice in client bid and design discussions. This is a hands-on role requiring a mix of proactive support, project work, and third-line troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Deliver high-level and detailed network design documentation

  • Support and enhance our enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and MPLS infrastructure

  • Configure and manage Cisco Meraki, Fortinet firewalls, Avaya switches, Aerohive wireless, and more

  • Monitor network health and performance using tools such as SolarWinds and Nagios

  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues

  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)

  • Maintain security compliance and configuration documentation

  • Participate in on-call rota for high-priority escalations (additional allowance provided)


What We’re Looking For

Technical Expertise:
You’ll bring strong practitioner-level knowledge across a range of networking technologies:

Essential Experience:

  • LAN/WAN architecture & troubleshooting

  • Cisco Meraki SD-WAN, Wireless

  • Fortinet firewall configuration

  • Core routing protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)

  • Network switch and VLAN management

  • Microsoft Windows Server and Client OS

  • VPNs, SSL, and security certificate management

  • Experience writing technical documentation and simplifying complex concepts

Desirable Experience:

  • Public cloud networking (Azure, AWS)

  • DevOps/SysOps frameworks

  • Trend Micro security, SCCM, SQL Server

  • Linux (SUSE, Red Hat), Zscaler

  • ITIL awareness or certification
