Nightshift Hygiene Assistant

Job Introduction

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Nightshift Hygiene Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrate values and behaviors related to the Service Excellence standards
  • To keep safety issues as priority for both self and other team members
  • To ensure that excellent customer care is practiced
  • To ensure the delivery of an efficient and professional hygiene service in accordance with the Standard Level Agreement
  • To ensure working areas are free from slips, trips and fall hazards and that all Health & Safety requirements are met
  • To attend all training courses and meetings as required
  • To attend to any other reasonable request by management
  • Participate in and attend the HS&E meetings as and when necessary

Our ideal Nightshift Hygiene Assistant will:

  • Experience of working in a cleaning assistant role
  • A good communicator, able to confidently liaise with customers and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
  • Committed to high levels of customer care
  • Able to undertake a range of manual cleaning duties
  • An enthusiastic individual with a passion for working in a catering environment
  • Positive and take pride in their work
