Job Introduction

- Managing the reception service; allocation of accommodation, muster stations and lifeboat allocation Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
- Operation of personnel movements programmes to include checking of daily flights, arranging crew changes to flights
- Ensuring Vantage is accurate and up to date
- Carrying out all logistics tasks in accordance with client procedures
- Maintaining all log books and paperwork
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld.
- Safely operate and maintain machinery, equipment, and materials.
- Comply with COSHH regulations for chemical use and storage.
- Contribute to process improvements through inspections.
- Identify personal training needs and development opportunities.
- Promptly report customer complaints and take appropriate action.
