 As Operations Director within our Senior Living team, you will support our Business Director overseeing a portfolio of contracts, ensuring world-class food led service delivery while driving profitability and long-term growth. You will foster a culture of engagement, empowerment, and high performance, ensuring that our people live by our core values while delivering safe, sustainable, and customer-centric services.

 You will be responsible for:

✅ Strategic Account Management – Developing and sustaining strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with their values and delivering exemplary service.

✅ Team Leadership & Development – Working with the Business Director and Operations teams to create a high-performance culture through engagement, motivation, talent development, and succession planning.

✅ Financial & Commercial Performance – Managing budgets, driving profit improvement plans, and ensuring compliance with commercial governance.

✅ Health, Safety & Compliance – Championing a zero-tolerance approach to health and safety, ensuring compliance with best practices, policies, and procedures.

✅ Operational Excellence – Continuously improving service delivery, leveraging technology and data to drive efficiencies, and ensuring adherence to all KPIs and contractual obligations.

✅ Business Growth & Innovation – Identifying opportunities for organic growth and service enhancements, working collaboratively across the wider business.

About You

You are a results-driven leader with extensive experience managing multi-site contracts in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, balancing service delivery with strategic development.

 Requirements

🔹 Previous experience within Healthcare and Senior Living Environments is desirable

🔹 Significant experience leading high-performing teams in a large, multi-stakeholder organisation.

🔹 Proven track record in financial and commercial management, contract governance, and performance delivery.

🔹 Strong ability to engage and influence key internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

🔹 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
