Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-profile venue

  • Ensure seamless coordination and execution of events and services

  • Manage and develop on-site teams, driving high performance and engagement

  • Maintain compliance with all contractual, safety, and hygiene standards

  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and report on operational performance

  • Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and service innovation

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Compass Group and Restaurant Associates


The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be an experienced operations or hospitality manager with a strong service ethos

  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Have a keen eye for detail and operational efficiency

  • Be highly organised, proactive, and adaptable under pressure

  • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude

  • Understand health & safety, HR, and compliance requirements

  • Be confident in managing budgets, KPIs, and team performance
