More about the role:
- Partner with Venue Directors, General Managers and Business Leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide strategic HR support to drive business success
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives and promote organisational effectiveness
- Coach and advise managers on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and improve HR processes
- Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee engagement and communication strategies
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and manage employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/CIPD Qualified
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Proven ability to influence and coach managers and leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and professionalism
