40-hour Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

What you'll be doing:

We are looking for someone who is able to prioritise their own workload, use their own initiative and is a team player to join our team in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.  
More about the role:

Duties will include, but not limited to:
  • Managing rota’s including scheduled leave & clawback 
  • Managing personnel mobilising and demobilising 
  • Managing POB requirements including absence 
  • Managing travel and/or accommodation requirements
  • Managing leavers, transfers, secondments & new starts
  • Sourcing cover for absence within our ad-hoc pool
  • Liasing with offshore & onshore managers on a daily basis
  • Managing ad hoc planner 
  • Issuing Check in details & trip confirmations
  • Issuing absence notifications to employees & managers
  • Supporting with recruitment and induction of new personnel 
  • Issuing training compliance reports monthly to offshore via training management system
  • Supporting training and medical requirements 
  • 1/4 on call rota
Who you are:
The successful candidate:
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Strong administration skills
  • Confident IT skills including MS outlook, Word, Excel and SAP
  • Ability to respond to and effectively prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment
