Job Introduction

Premium Duty Manager - The O2 - London -| Full-Time / Permanent

£37485 + excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.

Overall Purpose of the Role

Lead the planning and delivery of premium food and beverage services across bars, lounges, and special events. Ensure exceptional guest experiences through strong leadership, high operating standards, and alignment with Levy UK values, KPIs, and service agreements.


Key Accountabilities

Health & Safety
Maintain compliance, promote a strong safety culture, ensure responsible alcohol service, and uphold SOP standards.

People
Support recruitment, training, and development of teams. Manage rotas and staffing, deliver briefings, and drive engagement and performance.

Financials
Maximise sales and profitability through upselling, monitor variances, manage tills, and support budgeting and revenue targets.

Client Relations
Build strong relationships with event managers and support senior leadership to deliver outstanding client service.

Customer Satisfaction
Ensure high service standards, respond to feedback, and deliver successful events across all scales.

Operations & Business Excellence
Deliver services in line with SOPs and Levy standards. Coordinate with culinary teams and support smooth event execution.

Sales
Drive revenue growth, increase spend per transaction, and embed upselling techniques across teams.
