Overview:
This role will be responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of any given project are well organised. They will communicate with various departments to keep everyone updated about any changes to the project plan. In addition, they organise reporting, plan meetings and provide regular updates to the wider team.
We are looking for a strong, dynamic, and fresh thinking projects co-ordinator with good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships. An individual with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A passion for detailed planning is a key role in delivering our vision of the ultimate guest experience.
Role Purpose
You will be responsible for the key areas below (amongst other general responsibilities).
· Responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of any given project - process, planning to budget, including coordinating with different teams on projects to make sure projects meet intended goals
· Consistently monitoring the costs, progress, and quality of a project
· Negotiating with contractors and suppliers
· Organising all project-related paperwork
· Keeping communications clear and accurate and giving progress reports for all projects
· This will involve the production of plans, documentation and ensuring communication is maintained between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all organisational procedures are adhered to.
· Translate vision and strategy clearly, ensuring that tactical business plans exist for each project aligned with client vision
· Support co-ordinating ROI / business case studies with the Head of Projects – ensuring Levy and Tottenham Hotspur strategic aims are met.
· Co-ordinate post completion reports per business case – challenges, failures, and success
· Co-ordinate regular and detailed project reviews with operational leads
· Communicating with clients to continuously define project objectives

Person Specification
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar or key supporting role
· Be comfortable working under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritising as needed.
· Have excellent written and verbal skills with high standards of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
· A champion of technology
· Structured and approachable man management skills
· Be a self-starter, highly organised and comfortable working both autonomously and within teams.
· Have experience in large venue operations and understanding on commercial outputs
· Passionate about Stadia, Arena and Confex operations
· Knowledgeable about industry trends, innovation, and keen eye for design
· Be a person who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and can build and maintain strong relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
· Project Management qualification ideal
