Are you passionate about driving transformation and delivering impact within a fast-paced, purpose-led environment? We’re looking for a Project & Business Process Manager to join our NHS Supply Chain: Food team, part of Foodbuy and Compass Group UK&I.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead cross-functional projects, implement process improvements, and ensure operational excellence for one of the UK’s most vital contracts.
What you’ll do
Lead and deliver strategic business projects across functions and stakeholders
Manage project tools, plans, risks, and milestones to ensure timely delivery
Drive change management and implement new processes to boost performance
Coordinate audits, reporting, and social value commitments
Support events, conferences, and wider team initiatives
What we’re looking for
PRINCE2 (or equivalent) certified / working towards
Experience managing complex, transformational projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly organised, adaptable, and commercially aware
