We're currently recruiting a friendly Receptionist to provide first-class reception service at Kents Hill Park on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all staff and visitors
- Answering all incoming calls in a friendly manner
- Providing administrative support across a diverse range of areas
- Managing the ordering and distribution of office supplies
- Ensuring the office area is always kept neat and tidy
Our ideal Receptionist will:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess fantastic organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Display passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Have the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
- Previous experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a hotel, conference centre, or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Fidelio, or similar is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and overnight shifts when required.
