About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Regional Administrator to support the operational and administrative infrastructure across our regional kitchen functions.

This is a pivotal role focused on standardising service delivery, ensuring compliance, and supporting high-profile venues. Ideal for a proactive administrator with experience in high-volume catering and managing complex data systems.

The Role

Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, you will lead the administrative coordination of the regional kitchen portfolio.

Operational Coordination & Strategy

  • Prepare and standardise event documentation, including Chef Packs and allergen folders 
  • Support annual event planning and maintain centralised operational databases 
  • Collaborate with hospitality teams to align kitchen operations with event and dietary requirements 

Financial & Commercial Control

  • Complete recipe costings to achieve and maintain GP targets 
  • Track and report on kitchen purchases, transfers, and inventory 
  • Audit stock counts and Gas Request Orders across sites 

People Administration & Payroll

  • Maintain a central database of culinary staff and manage shift allocations 
  • Act as the main contact for payroll queries, tracking leave and sickness 
  • Produce two-week labour forecasts aligned to budgets 

Food Safety, Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, fire safety, and hygiene standards 
  • Maintain temperature records and compliance documentation 
  • Support training coordination and certification tracking 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a fast-paced administrative or operations role (hospitality preferred) 
  • Strong IT skills with experience managing complex databases (e.g. APL/AVL) 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders 
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines under pressure 
  • Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
