Regional Manager – North East England

Salary: £51,000 + car / allowance + bonus + benefits

We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Manager to join our leadership team and oversee our operations across the North East of England.

The Role

As Regional Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of catering sites across the region, ensuring each operates efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. You’ll be a hands-on leader, supporting and inspiring your site managers and teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences every day.

You’ll also play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring we consistently deliver on our promises and exceed expectations. By working closely with clients, you’ll identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and partnership, ensuring our services continue to evolve in line with their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Site Managers and catering teams across multiple contracts.
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional food quality, service standards, and operational excellence.
  • Build, nurture, and manage long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and key point of contact.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and KPIs for your region.
  • Identify commercial opportunities to grow revenue and improve profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Drive engagement, training, and performance management across teams.

About You

  • Experienced multi-site manager within the contract catering or hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets across multiple locations.
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Inspirational leadership style with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
  • Commercially astute with an eye for growth and continuous improvement.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North East region.
