We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to lead operations across our Independent Schools portfolio in the South West region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about exceptional food and service.
As Regional Manager, you will:
Provide strategic and operational leadership to a portfolio of Independent School contracts.
Drive operational excellence and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and service standards.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of General Managers to achieve business objectives and growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring contractual compliance and exceeding expectations.
Manage financial performance, budgets, and commercial targets across your region.
Champion health, safety, and food compliance across all sites.
Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives to support our corporate responsibility goals.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Proven experience in a senior multi-site operational management role within catering, hospitality, or contract services.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop diverse teams.
Outstanding communication and client relationship skills.
A passion for food, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Flexibility to travel across the South West region.
