Salary: £48,000 – £50,000 + Company Car / Car Allowance + Benefits

🌱 About the Role
As Regional Manager, you’ll lead a team of Unit Managers across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong client relationships, and commercial success. You’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, developing your teams, and maintaining a culture focused on care, compliance, and continuous improvement.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of managers across the region
Drive growth and retention through effective strategic planning
Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company and regulatory standards
Oversee financial performance, including month-end processes and action plans
Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels
Champion a positive health & safety culture
Support bids and proposals to secure new business opportunities
Foster team engagement, development, and succession planning
👤 About You
You’ll bring a proven track record of managing multi-site operations and inspiring teams to deliver results. You’re commercially astute, people-focused, and confident in leading change.
Essential:
Senior management experience in a multi-site environment
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Sound business and financial acumen
IT literate and highly organised
Desirable:
Experience managing senior client relationships
Background in the care or healthcare sector
