We’re on the lookout for a Profit Protection Manager with proven expertise in risk reduction, compliance, and behavioural change. In this high-impact regional role, you’ll lead the charge in delivering our Profit Protection strategy across the South East, working with senior leaders to reduce loss, influence culture, and drive compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as the go-to specialist for all risk and profit protection matters in your region
  • Lead compliance reviews and drive corrective actions
  • Engage and partner with key stakeholders, from Unit Managers to Sector MDs, to embed lasting behavioural change
  • Identify risk trends through data analysis and conduct investigations into fraud and procedural breaches
  • Recommend and manage security systems installations and ensure effective use of CCTV in line with data compliance
  • Deliver impactful training (including Shrink School) to improve compliance and reduce shrinkage
  • Work closely with internal investigations teams and external partners to strengthen our protection framework

About you:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar profit protection, loss prevention or compliance role (ideally in retail or food services)
  • Strong experience conducting investigations using the PEACE model
  • Confidence and credibility when influencing senior leaders and coaching frontline teams
  • Excellent working knowledge of security systems, shrinkage indicators, and investigative techniques
  • Familiarity with CCTV legislation, criminal law, employment law, and internal disciplinary processes
  • Analytical mindset — able to interpret trends and propose solutions
