Regional Relief Chef Manager -Central South West

What You’ll Do:

  • Step in as Head Chef at various sites when needed – providing stability, leadership, and high-quality food.

  • Support new openings, staff transitions, and seasonal peaks.

  • Train and mentor on-site kitchen teams, ensuring consistent standards and compliance.

  • Drive kitchen performance, hygiene, and cost control across multiple venues.

  • Be the go-to culinary expert and ambassador for quality within your region.

Your Region:

Covering locations across London, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, and West Sussex, all within easy reach of the M3 corridor. Travel is a key part of this role – flexibility and a full UK driving licence are essential.

‍ What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager, ideally across multiple sites or in relief/contract catering roles.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.

  • Passion for fresh, seasonal food and delivering exceptional service.

  • High standards of cleanliness, food safety, and cost management.

  • A self-starter who’s calm under pressure and thrives on variety.
