More about the role:
Reporting in to the Resourcing Administration Manager you will be responsible for providing a premier administrative service to stakeholders across the business including Recruitment Partners, Operational and Area Managers. You will be passionate about ensuring each interaction is positive guaranteeing a high level of customer service both over the phone and via email. You will create and publish attractive job adverts, format and publish reports and support the delivery of our Resource Network’s team payroll processing.
Who you are:
For us to be right for you and for you to be right for us, you will have previous experience in a resourcing related administrative role in a fast-paced environment. You will adopt a ‘customer first’ approach encompassing a can do attitude and willingness to assist the team and the wider business. In addition, you will be system and IT savvy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Offices Package including Outlook, Word and Excel. As a confident communicator, you will be positive, approachable and self-starter.
