Restaurant Manager (Premium) - Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
£38,760 per annum + benefits including healthcare, meals on duty, life assurance, and more.
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to support our first-class premium catering at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end delivery of match days and non-match day catering operations for designated premium restaurant areas, including corporate conferences and events, meetings, banquet dining, brand activations, celebrations, and more. This is an opportunity to play a key role in exceptional restaurant operations for world class events.

Restaurant Manager – the role
- Leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of premium restaurant operations
- Ensuring exceptional service standards across all concepts – from fast casual to fine dining
- Briefing and coordinating restaurant teams in line with service expectations and event timelines
- Collaborating with internal people, culinary, and hospitality teams to ensure high quality food, service, and guest experiences
- Monitoring and improving restaurant and team performance
- Planning and coordinating labour, menus, event P&L’s, service style, and timings to suit a wide variety of event types, ensuring consistency with the club’s high hospitality standards
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- A background in premium restaurants or luxury hotel food & beverage operations including C&E
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Effective team player, with a “can-do” attitude
- Positive and passionate focus on food – a natural flare for hospitality
- The confidence and experience to lead a team of variable staff on both match-day and non-match day events
- A positive and decisive mindset with the ability to work calmly under pressure
