We’re hiring a Restaurant Manager!

Are you ready to lead a team and deliver exceptional food experiences? We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to join Restaurant Associates. You’ll be overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations while ensuring excellence in food, service, and guest satisfaction.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service and dining experiences

  • Maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and health & safety

  • Drive commercial performance and achieve financial targets, working closely with clients and senior managers

  • Deliver team training, appraisals, and identify development opportunities

  • Regularly hold team meetings to communicate goals and drive performance

  • Develop and implement initiatives to continuously improve guest satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations

  • Deputise for the General Manager as required


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role

  • Food Safety Level 3 certification

  • Strong understanding of gross profit and cost control

  • Hands-on, enthusiastic, and proactive leadership style

  • Excellent organisational skills in a high-volume environment

  • Passion for food, customer service, and innovation

  • Strong people management and HR skills

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
