We’re hiring a Restaurant Manager!
Are you ready to lead a team and deliver exceptional food experiences? We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to join Restaurant Associates. You’ll be overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations while ensuring excellence in food, service, and guest satisfaction.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service and dining experiences
Maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and health & safety
Drive commercial performance and achieve financial targets, working closely with clients and senior managers
Deliver team training, appraisals, and identify development opportunities
Regularly hold team meetings to communicate goals and drive performance
Develop and implement initiatives to continuously improve guest satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
Deputise for the General Manager as required
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
Food Safety Level 3 certification
Strong understanding of gross profit and cost control
Hands-on, enthusiastic, and proactive leadership style
Excellent organisational skills in a high-volume environment
Passion for food, customer service, and innovation
Strong people management and HR skills
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
