Restaurant Supervisor – Luxury Residential Living
Hospitality / Fine Dining Environment
Working pattern: Wednesday to Sunday
Shift range: From 8:00am to latest finish at 10:00pm
Dinner service: Thursday and Friday only (no dinner service Wednesday, Saturday, or Sunday)

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our hospitality team within a luxury residential living setting. This role requires a professional individual with strong service standards, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional fine-dining experience for residents and guests.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support daily restaurant operations across breakfast, lunch, and selective dinner services

  • Maintain high standards of service presentation in a fine-dining environment

  • Oversee team members, ensuring consistent service quality and attention to detail

  • Assist with reservations, guest relations, and resident expectations

  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and service protocols

  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture

Working pattern and hours:

  • Wednesday to Sunday

  • Varying shifts between 8:00am and 10:00pm

  • Dinner service operates on Thursday and Friday only

Candidate profile:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or fine dining

  • Excellent communication and guest-service skills

  • Professional, well-presented, and attentive to detail

  • Ability to lead by example and support a service-driven team

  • Flexible and adaptable to varied shift patterns
