Job Introduction
We are seeking to appoint a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.
More about the role:
- To assist the F&B Manager in the smooth and efficient running of Food & Beverage outlets in the Hotel.
- To provide support to the Food and Beverage team to ensure a standard of service that meets and exceeds guest’s expectations while achieving and surpassing profitability and revenue goals for these areas.
Who you are:
- You must have relative experience in a similar capacity and establishments within the last 2 years.
- The ability to read, write and speak fluently in English is essential alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ideal candidate will be proactive and supportive in problem solving, able to apply common sense, collect data and notify and advise senior management when necessary.
- You must have the ability to work a flexible schedule and late hours when necessary.
- It is essential that you have the ability to provide friendly, courteous and professional service to all internal and external customers/guests, at all times.
