Job Introduction
As our Retail Manager you will support the Retail Management and team within the venue inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests through the Levy Difference, delivering Legendary Experiences through Powerful Partnerships.
More about the role:
- Rotate and cover bars, kitchen, premium concessions, and all areas to increase the productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of all retail units
- Take responsibility of all people management aspects such as recruitment, training, cross-department meetings, administrative work, and cleaning
- Work with the Retail Managers to achieve operating standards that exceed the guest’s expectations through strong leadership and effective management
- Lead the day-to-day concessions operation for event days, as well as the set up and clear down on non-event days
- Ensure the delivery of continual development of the business using new products, service techniques and other efficiencies
- Manage the business needs and performance standards in line with the Levy Signatures, Client Service Level Agreements and KPI’s
Who you are:
- Experience in a demanding hospitality environment
- Nice and approachable with good interpersonal skills
- Experience in Premium Bars management background
- London market experience
- High degree of IT proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead others
- Engaging, enthusiastic and motivated
- Experience of working with a client group

Part of our growth within O2 is our retail business. We have recently undergone a major project to refurbished and rebrand our retail offerings which include up to 40 food and beverage outlets and private service deck areas
